Northstar Café at Easton Town Center

We stopped in tonight October the 10th 2025 and we decided to go with the cheeseburgers and the homemade ginger ale, the burgers were very juicy and cooked to perfection, we both ordered medium well and the homemade ginger ale was a pleasant surprise, North Star does not disappoint, and their breakfast is top tier also we will definitely be back

Northstar Easton is a great option for lunch or dinner. Plenty of options for vegetarians. The food quality is great as is the service and atmosphere. This location do a get very busy at times but there is always a table available. Only downside to this location is there is seating upstairs but you have to go downstairs to refill your coffee. I highly recommend this restaurants.

Great food, friendly staff, and the most amazing live music! We had a wonderful time! Even our toddler enjoyed the music!

I went with my mom for a light lunch, so we shared the chicken & avocado sandwich. I have to eat gluten free, so it's a great place for me. I do well with the fries since they're separate, and the GF bun tastes GREAT! My mom is happy to split my meal even though she doesn't have to eat GF. She doesn't like avocado, so I asked for it on the side. We told the girl taking the order that we were splitting it, but had no idea they'd actually split it onto two dishes! It was a great surprise! The food was fantastic as always! This is the first place I like to go when I visit my hometown.

I have been a vegetarian for nearly 16 years. In that time I have eaten a heck of a lot of veggie burgers. But the Northstar Burger (made from black beans and rice) may just be the best I’ve ever had. It had an amazing smoky char-grilled flavor. Add the exquisite aioli for the fries, tasty cocktails, and the warm, relaxed atmosphere, and I will be coming back for sure.

You order first and then find your own seat. I found Northstar online through reviews and was really excited to try the place out. I got the Townsfair Salad and it was very mid. Could be I didn’t order a fan favorite, but I didn’t really taste anything spectacular. It was kind of hard to navigate what to do once we entered the restaurant, until we were told to go back to the front to order before we could sit down. It was also really hard to find a seat that was cleared before someone else claimed it. I stood by a table and waited until I could grab a server’s attentions to help clear our table. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, it just wasn’t what I was hoping for. Hopefully I can come back and have a redo.

Fish sandwich was amazing, salad and pizzas really good. We really liked their juices and iced mint coffee. Also, their dark chocolate cookies were great. Nice outdoor seating with live music. Great vibe and service. All waiters were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back.
